Shop with Assurance

Our objective is to support you! Our customers are welcome to return any unopened, unused, or tampered with products/merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full return will be provided minus the cost of shipping paid and a $7 restocking fee will be added to each return. Customers are responsible for shipping the return products/merchandise back to our facility unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our behalf.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Fill out the enclosed packing slip or print form here.

  2. Address your package to Perseverance Vitamins:  Attention Returns 4470 W Sunset Blvd Los Angeles CA 90027 Unit 446

  3. Return your package to our facility using your preferred shipping carrier – (don’t forget to keep a record of your tracking number)

  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.  Processing time ranges from 3-5 business days once your return is received and approved.

Shipping

  1. Standard Shipping: We offer 2-4 business day flat rate shipping at the rate of $6.95 anywhere in the domestic US (48 States).

  2. Purchases over $60 quality for free 2-4 business day shipping in the domestic US (48 States).

  3. 2 Day Express Shipping: We offer flat rate 1-2 business day shipping for $15 on all products/merchandise

  4. Next Day Shipping: We’ve partnered with amazon on some of our products! Check it out.

Our company is driven and believes in good work, we also practice improving mental health habits in the work culture. In efforts to serve you, our environment is curated to support the well-being of our team. The pandemic has caused a great shift, the demand for rush shipments is growing. The more our work cultures experiences the rush of next day ‘supply and demand’ the more it may increase chronic stress on our employees. Chronic stress may affect the way the brain functions. A variable of interactions in the brain and kidney can release and activate a hormone called cortisol. A rise in cortisol over time may affect a person’s ability to control their stress, and even weaken their ability to regulate their behavior and social engagement. In efforts to help our team, we’ve decided to slow the pace a bit by outsourcing the next day shipping on high demand products.
